Details :

• Norfloxacin Penetrates into the bacterial cells much readly exerts a potent bactericidal effect by inhibition of the a sub unit of bacterial DNA gyrase and essential enzyme involved in DNA replication, percipitating a sequence of event leading to lysis of the bacteria.

• N-TZ is also good for bacterial diarrhoeas because high concentration are present in the gut and, anaerobic flora is next disturbed.
